The boost for your dispensing process
Adequately supplying the dispensing unit with material is the be-all and end-all of a trouble-free production process. Especially the dispensing of highly filled, pastelike materials require enormous feed pressures. Particularly when it comes to speed in dispensing.
The BoostedCartridgeFeed is equipped with a high-performance pump to ensure fast supply to the dispenser. The ideal solution for applications involving smaller amounts of material that must be dispensed with high performance. Space-saving, flexible and easy to use, it can take standard cartridges, enabling it to supply the dispenser with material without interruption. Continuous process monitoring is ensured by sensors and clearly visualized via a graphical user interface.
Your Benefits
- Short cycle times
- Uninterrupted production
- Quick-change cartridges
- Sensor-based process control
- Material savings
Zero waste: Clever Material management
The integrated pressure relief ensures no material loss in production breaks. The material in the hoses is routed to the reservoir during breaks in production. It is returned to the pump circuit when production is resumed. The process is controlled by high precision valves to ensure that none of the costly dispensing material is wasted. For sustainable material feeding.

CARTRIDGE CHANGE: Quick, EASY, AND UNINTERRUPTED
The BoostedCartridgeFeed takes two (1C) or four (2C) standard cartridges, allowing cartridge changes without interrupting production. Material feed and material delivery remain consistently ensured. Thanks to the user-friendly interface (EViS software), the operator is guided step-by-step through the cartridge change process, making it safe, fast, and easy to complete.
Continuous process monitoring

- Optional component testing via a scanner or color sensor
- Sensor-assisted control of residual quantities and pump pressures
- Monitoring of key parameters such as machine availability
- Widget-based graphical user interface
FAQ – FIVE COMMON QUESTIONS
Material feeding with the compact cartridge solution BCF802
- What materials can be dispensed with the BoostedCartridgeFeed?
The system is particularly suitable for highly filled, pasty materials that require high delivery pressures. Our experts are happy to advise you on finding the right combination of material and dispensing system for your product. - What is the maximum flow rate per double stroke of the pump?
The pump has a flow rate of 35 ml per double stroke (stroke frequency dependent on material). - How is process monitoring implemented and which parameters are monitored?
Process monitoring is sensor-based and monitors key parameters such as residual quantities, pump pressures, and machine availability. This data is graphically displayed via widgets on the Multi-Touch Control Panel. - How is material loss minimized during production pauses?
An integrated pressure relief system routs the material in the hoses back into the reservoir during breaks in production. When production resumes, the material is returned to the pump circuit. This prevents the loss of expensive dispensing material. - How easy is cartridge changing and what support does the system offer?
Cartridge changing is designed to be user-friendly, with the system providing user guidance for each change. Optionally, a component check via scanner or color sensor can be integrated.
