Being well prepared is key

Rest assured, we will not subject you to a theoretical test, and you don’t have to prove your qualifications through an assessment center. During the personal interview, we would much rather get to know you better and find out if you are the right fit for the open position. So show us who you truly are.

And don’t worry, we know you’re nervous. That’s why we don’t mark every one of your answers with a “plus” or “minus”. The overall impression is what counts.

Half the battle is being well prepared

During the interview we also want to know why you have chosen the training position, what your strengths are and what experiences you have had in your previous internships. So tell us about yourself! At the time of the appointed interview you will usually meet your future training supervisor. This person in particular is curious about your interests and why you have chosen Scheugenpflug GmbH. In addition to a brief interview, you will also have an opportunity to take a look around our production halls. Part of every interview includes a brief tour of the company, which your parents are also welcome to attend. At the very end you will also receive the required information related to work hours, vacation and trainee pay.

What happens afterwards?

You will usually hear back from us within two weeks of the interview. If we have selected you, we will give you some time to think it over. After all, it is up to you to decide whether we will have the opportunity to welcome you to our training team. If the decision is mutual, then you will receive your training contract by mail.
