The Scheugenpflug DispensingStation is a modern plug & produce integration solution for flexible dispensing and fast cycle times.

The heart of the system, the DS803 dispensing controller, allows integrators and automation engineers to quickly and reliably integrate a high-performance dispensing system in their production systems. The dispensing monitoring system can also be integrated to meet the ever-growing quality and documentation requirements for dispensing processes. The DispensingStation is so versatile it can be used for all dispensing tasks and materials. The dispensing controller enables the high-performance DosP DP2001 dispenser as well as the low-volume DosPL DPL2001dispenser –mounted onportal axis systems or robots – to be conveniently integrated in existing and new production lines

Secure transfer of large amounts of data

The real-time capability of the system makes it easier to synchronize robot/axis movements with the dispensing speed. Or the DS803 can take over control of dispensing processes previously controlled manually. Data communication via PROFIBUS and PROFINET ensures that large amounts of data can be securely transmitted at all times and that the different data formats used by external customer systems can be handled. The new AdvancedDispensing software features – such as extended valve and pressure monitoring for process monitoring and quality documentation, dynamic contour dispensing and on-the-fly dispensing for high cycle times – can of course also be used. Rounding off the concept is the user-friendly UVIS 5 visualization software with its modern look and feel.
