New feed system for viscous media

The new powerful system for delivering viscous media to the dispensing unit reliably, cleanly and bubble-free: PailFeed. Medium to high-viscosity materials can be quickly, reliably and easily transported from the container to the dispensing unit. It can handle a wide range of dispensing pressures as there are three different material pressure ranges tailored to the dispensing unit.

PailFeed is available in two versions for abrasive and non-abrasive materials.

Integrated needle and weighing control

Greater reliability in vacuum dispensing. With inline needle and weighing control there is no longer any need for the laborious task of weighing outside the vacuum cell. The process is fully automatic so production no longer has to be stopped. This means more speed and less waste thanks to consistent potting quality. Automatic, quick and easy.

More space for innovation. At the company headquarters of Scheugenpflug GmbH on a site of almost 10,000 square meters Atlas Copco is constructing an Electronics Competence Center to handle the technologies involved in electronics manufacturing. Employees and visitors have a total of 4,100 square meters of meeting space spread over two floors.

The design concept is sustainable and ecologically advanced with a modern ambiance to make everyone feel comfortable. By designing a sustainable and architecturally ambitious building the architects of the new Electronics Competence Center aim to achieve the gold standard for LEED, an internationally recognized certification system for ecological construction.

The need for speed. On 21 and 22 June 2023, everything in Neustadt/Donau revolved around speed.

Visitors were invited to see the fastest dispensing and potting systems for sustainable, high-quality production in action. In addition to high-speed solutions for minimum cycle times and maximum output, they experienced informative discussions, live potting demos and, for the first time, an exciting workshop program.
